‘Rayned’ Composite pressure vessels offer composite fiberglass construction for outstanding performance and durability in harsh chemical environments. With capacities up to 2500 gallons and a variety of options, we can tailor a vessel to meet your needs. All Rayned Composite vessels are warranted for 5 years.
All tanks have two large top and bottom access opening to simplify distributor system assembly. ‘Rayned’ , Steel or Stainless steel tanks are UL classified for drinking water system components in accordance with standard ANSI/NSF 61-(1992) 7N44. In addition, all standard tanks feature two fpt x fpt full couplings located at the topside wall and center bottom of the tanks. All tanks larger than 36″ in diameter have a manway w/cover, and a top center spud to bleed air. These tanks are durable, rust proofed, and built to last.

'Rayned’ Commercial Sediment Filters are built utilizing Filter Sand, Anthracite filter media. These filters are designed to remove ferric iron, silt, and turbidity. Sediment filtration down to the 10 micron level is common.
'Rayned' Commercial Sediment Filters are built utilizing Sand filter media. These filters are designed to remove turbidity. Sediment filtration down to the 10 micron level is common.
'Rayned' are built utilizing Ag filter media. Filter-Ag granules have irregular surface characteristics allowing maximum removal of suspended matter throughout the filter bed. Filter-Ag can be used in either pressure or gravity flow filter systems. It typically removes normal suspended solids ferric iron, silt, and turbidity down to 10 micron ranges.
'Rayned' Commercial Softener filters are built utilizing Resin as the primary layer. These cationic ion exchange systems are designed to remove calcium and magnesium (hardness), and a host of other cations from the water.

'Rayned' Commercial carbon filters are built utilizing Activated Carbon. The carbon filter is for treating city water and is great for removing taste, odor, hlorine and other contaminants such as lead, copper, heavy metals, gases, pesticides and herbicides from the water.
‘Rayned' Iron filters using Birm Media utilize dissolved oxygen in the water to help oxidize iron so the Birm can remove more efficiently, Birm is an efficient and conomical method of removing dissolved iron and manganese compounds from raw water supplies.
Rayned Copper-silver ionization is to prevent the distribution of Legionella bacteria, . The main source of Legionella distribution is the warm water system. Circumstances in warm water systems are ideal for Legionella bacteria to grow and multiply. Contagion mainly takes place through shower steam. Copper-silver ionization can sufficiently kill Legionella bacteria and can actively deactivate Legionella, as well.
Rayned UV sterilizer utilizes a germicidal fluorescent lamp that produces light at a wavelength of approximately 254 nanometers (2537 Angstroms). The water with the bacteria/algae passes over the bulb (or around the bulb if a quartz sleeve is used) and is irradiated with this wavelength. As the light penetrates the bacteria/algae, it mutates the DNA (genetic material), preventing growth/multiplication of the organism.
Fully Automatic controllers are designed with creativeness to get the elegance and produced with proper quality, and meets the specifications for the water related applications with high level performance.
Dosing Pumps have programmable high Precision microprocessor Control with digital display And with suitable keys, for easy adjustment and operations. (BS standard and meets the international standards)
Dosing tanks are with red screw fitting lid with a raised section to mount dosing pumps, mixers , level sensors etc. Made of high quality IDPE ( low density polyethylene) cylindrical in shape.

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that uses a semipermeable membrane. This membrane technology is not properly a filtration method. In reverse osmosis, an applied pressure is used to overcome osmotic pressure, a colligative property, that is driven by chemical potential, a thermodynamic parameter. Reverse osmosis can remove many types of molecules and ions from solutions, and is used in both industrial processes and the production of potable water. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side. To be "selective", this membrane should not allow large molecules or ions through the pores (holes), but should allow smaller components of the solution (such as the solvent) to pass freely. In the normal osmosis process, the solvent naturally moves from an area of low solute concentration (high water potential), through a membrane, to an area of high solute concentration (low water potential).
Treatment of grey water must address all of the contaminants and it must be treated to a quality whereby it is of use in daily life. Grey water treatment is often dismissed as a simple process requiring only a few filters and chlorination, however, this is far from the truth and these process are often abandoned due to process problems and smell. The reality is that grey water contains, solids, hair, organic contaminants, oils, bacteria and measurable levels BOD. Without addressing these pollutants in a proper manner, the water for re-use will not be of an acceptable quality.
